When taking pictures of the puppies, I often zoom in with my camera so
that I can capture their cute little faces. Because the picture is taken at
close range, it makes the puppy look bigger than he/she actually is.

If you would like to be put on our notify list for a future litter, please email
me with the specific color, pattern and gender of pup you are looking for.

All of our dogs are AKC registered.

*Sold:*	This means that the puppy has been paid for in full.
*Deposit received:*	We received a $150. deposit to hold that puppy until he/she is old enough to go home. Not often, but sometimes people change their minds and that puppy becomes available. Contact us if you are interested in a puppy with a deposit and we will put your name on a waitlist.
Hold:	Means that we have been told that a deposit has been mailed and we are holding that puppy for 3 days until deposit is received. If you are interested in a puppy on hold contact us and we will put your name on a waitlist.
Available:	That puppy is for sale.

Regarding Price: Since dachshunds typically live 12-15 years, you are investing
in a companion that will be enjoyed for many wonderful years to come. We take
great care to have healthy, happy puppies. We feed them quality food, give
appropriate immunizations, and socialize them as part of our family. Because of
the investment we put into our dogs to ensure their good health and temperament,
we are not interested in selling them at discounted prices. You may find puppies
cheaper elsewhere, but may end up spending the difference at the vet's office.

Puppies will have dewclaws removed and will be up to date on all
immunizations before going to their new home. Each puppy has a
1 year health guarantee against life threatening birth defects. We
send home a puppy packet with each puppy that includes health
records, a puppy booklet with helpful tips, a sample bag of puppy
food, & a toy with the puppy's mother and littermate's scent on it.

We prefer to have our puppies picked up from here. However,
shipping will be considered after 9 weeks of age. The cost is
based on the weight of the dog and the destination. Previous
puppies have been shipped for approximately $295.00. This
includes the airline fare, crate, vet check and health certificate.
Shipping dependent on airline's temperature regulations.

We are willing to meet you within a 200 mile radius
from the St. Louis area for a driving fee.

We will hold the puppy of your choice for a $150.00 non-refundable deposit.
